Hello,

Let's see...

There are multiple security programs (AVG, PCPitStop Antivirus, SUPERAntiSpyware) but as long as you have them configured so they don't conflict with each other you should be okay.

There are two "performance" programs (IOBit Advanced SystemCare, TuneUp Software) running on the computer. I've never had the need to use these and have found that these types of programs typically cause more problems then they solve.

There are multiple "auto-update" programs (ArcSoft, nVidia) running which you may or may not need.

The NMSAccess program is only needed if you want to allow non-admins to create CDs.

I am not sure if the Belkin Router, Google Talk and Motorola Media Link need to be running all the time on the computer.

I would recommend removing the Shareaza program. A big entry point for malware.

Regards,

Aryeh Goretsky
