Replace heatsink & fan on video card?

I have a couple of high-dollar AGP video cards whose fans have crapped out. Anybody know if replacements might be available? One is an ATI Rage 350, the other is a GeForce Winfast (haha) 256 DDR.

The ones that I've had to replace have had screws that I could take out and change the fan.
I just got something like this:
NewEgg Fan
Other than that I have removed fans and carefully cleaned and lubricated the bearings.
I use something like this: Super Oil
It's the Teflon in the oil that you want. After the oil evaporates the Teflon stays around.
