I wish I had known about this command about 2 months ago. I made some major changes to my system. I then restored from a Norton Ghost image. I was greeted by the infamous "missing hal.dll" error message. UGHHH. I think "Rebuild" would have saved me many hours. I haven't used the rebuild command yet though.
