Ok, but maybe you don't have enough memory on your video card.
For most of the newer games, 128 MB or more is needed. Check the bottom of the box for video memory requirements.
So, you reinstalled the video driver, then did you reinstall the other graphics software again? Install the OEM drivers, then driver updates, then DX, then the game. See if that works for you.
Reduce the amount of detail the game is showing.
Don't run anything else in the background, turn off your screensaver!

Nothing!!! Turn off the network connection and disable the virus scanner if you are playing off-line, that will save memory space and reduce interference as well.
