Problem attachind data from Poker Edge

Hello,

I have installed Poker Edge, a program which attaches data about the other players in a poker room, allowing you to see if they are good or bad players.

The program loads and i can attach a poker room table, but i can't get the individual data to appear. i have been working with their Customer Service people on this for a week, and tried many things, but no change.

I am using Vista Hone Premium, service pack 1, and AVG free 8.5.

I have tried turning off UAC, turning off AVG, uninstalling and reinstalling Poker Edge and Full Tilt Poker (that's the room I am registered in).
I was able to get it running on my desktop with XP and AVG. So i think it's possibly Vista which is preventing the data from attaching and displaying. The Customer Service people are sure it's AVG which is causing the problem, but we have de-activated it a few times but no change.

Anybody got any suggestions?

I'd UNinstall AVG and get AVAST.

Microsoft update had a problem similar to this a few months ago (last year) in that it would not download if certain freeware (AV) software were installed.

Does Vista have a "Run As" command, similar to Win XP ? If it ran in XP, can you use the "Run As" command, as if it were in XP ?
