Help!

I have Sims 2 Double Deluxe. I have also purchased ALL of the expansion packs. Only Bon Voyage, Apartment Life, Seasons, and Freetime are working. When I put the disc in for University, Open for Business, or Pets, it says "All packs installed" and wont let me do anything. My computer says its installed, but wont let me unistall these three packs. Ive tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling, but like I said, ive tried everything to unistall those three packs, and it wont let me. This is really frustrating!! Especially with how ive spent on them. Can someone please help Sad Ive tried everything I can think of.
