Problem

Hi, I've read all the previous posts and can't see a solution to my particular problem...

I installed Sims 2 fine onto my laptop, however; while playing the game, the graphics will become blurry and elongate themselves across the entire screen, and the sims bodies move ten feet away from their heads.

Please, please help! This is really frustrating and I do not know what to do
