The following was posted on June 26th, under the topic "Information on Conference Setup" under this thread. Note Item #3:
From Lori:
1) Yes, it is truly free.
2) There are tables for them to set up in the main speaker / session room.
3) Unfortunately, there would be a $50 power charge (per power strip/extension cord supplied)... so, no power is available for laptops. Extension cords are a no-no because they are tripping hazards which is why the PCCC can "enforce" the $50 power charge. |
