Is there a program that you know of where you can protect the program (.exe) or the subdirectory with a password to keep prying eyes out or to prevent people from executing the program? Iam using Windows 2000

Do you run WINXP?
Do your users have there own Account for windows?

If the answer to both of the above is yes then it is very easy to make folders of your choice secure, just by setting the correct permissions.
