Help!

I am having this problem with outlook when I try to send e-mails and it is driving me crazy. Tried port 26 and 587, shut down mcfee virus scan and firewall and tried receiving before sending and nothing. Tech support said it is outlook might be corrupted or spyware but I dont think so, my comp is brand new. I dont know what else to do. Please help me.

Are you uing an Exchange Server or is it a plain old POP3?

It is a plan old POP3.

Try tools, options, other, advanced options, add in manager. Uncheck everything. If that helps reinstall or delete the add in that is causing the problem. #2) Run detect and repair in the help menu. #3) Delete and rebuild your e-mail account.
