I like Open Office. I think it's great ( and free). I've liked it for a long time.
At first sight I like OO 3 too, although I haven't noticed many differences, yet.
But I still won't be using it much.
Simply because I have lots of little MS Word templates and OO still doesn't want to see them. I can navigate to my templates folder and open one. I can do this in either in OO or in Windows explorer. But not by simply creating a new document in OO..
OO still won't see the MS *.dot templates as templates. Which is a pity.
And I'm not going to convert my WORD templates. I haven't the time. Or inclination.
So I'll keep on using WORD for most of my documents.
