Fyuze is an aggregator that exists online and you can sign up for your own subscription, and add/remove RSS feeds to your liking. I decided to test it with my own feed and it worked flawlessly.

I happen to be very happy with Feed Demon myself, but if you don't want to download anything to your machine, or if you use public machines on a regular basis, this site is a godsend!

A paid version is available, but not necessary for most users. If you have your doubts over the value of RSS feeds, give it a shot! You won't pay a dime and will be hooked for life!

Then there's a similar online-RSS service I happen to like, http://www.bloglines.com - started a bit clunky but gathering polish as it goes;-) (Heck, Lockergnome may be where I heard of it! It's where I hear of LOTS of stuff;-)

I've been using Aggie (http://bitworking.org/Aggie.html) which is .net based, for a while.

It generates a web page, so I have it configured thusly:

two installs on my 2k box at home - one for "news" and another for "tech and misc."
three times a day, task scheduler (at) runs the command line version! (a big plus), which generates the html pages.
then it kicks off curl to transfer the two resulting html pages to my dellhosted website.

(http://jelyon.net/aggie/news.html and tech.html)

My rss feeds are online, always available (mostly), infinitely configurable, and advert free.

Let me add another to the list (cause I made it  ) MyWireService

MyWireService is also an online aggregator. We treat feeds like a custom newspaper rather than using an email metaphor, so you can set up your own sections and there is a LOT less clicking to view stuff or mark things read. We also provide a category-based directory of feeds and packages of feeds so it is easy to get started with RSS, esp. for the folks that might be uncomfortable installing software etc.

Free for now, but once we leave beta testing, it will be free trial for a month + $9.99/year. Hey, at least we're upfront about it and NO ads ever. ;-)
