No shirt, no pants, no shoes... no service! Although you may get a couple bucks from passerby's.
Seriously it's casual. It's one of the few places you can go dressed up or in shorts and a t-shirt... I have done both there. Given the people who are going to the event though, I would say you are safe with casual attire.
Thanks for the quick reply. This seems to mean I'd only need something a bit dressy if we end up and go to Splash over the weekend. Also means the $20+ we just spent on getting a few dress pants altered was not needed - oh well.
