I've XPsp3, upgraded to IE8b2. OE is now 6.00.2900.5512 (xpsp.080413-2105).
Anything seems going well, but now it doesn't follow my visualization settings, as before: at every program restarting no character code is respected. If I set "character little" or "code UTF-8", then I'll find "character medium" and "code Windows".
Any suggestions, other than downgrading to IE6?

Hello,

It sounds like you have found a bug in the beta test version of Internet Explorer 8.0. I would recommend reporting the issue to Microsoft so they can fix it in the released version of the web browser.
