Clif Notes Newsletter, Feb 2007 http://freewarewiki.com/ClifNotes

"The COOLSITES Newsletter - find the coolest links here. This fella named Mark Donaldson has been sending out his lists of cool sites since 2003. I'd never heard of him before last week. One day I was Googling myself to see who was posting links to my newsletter, and I found his website. I guess he's mentioned my newsletter at least 3 times. I like the COOLSITES website too, but I think it could use some reformatting to make it a bit easier to read. What I really like is the content there. Mark must really read a lot of stuff on the web and he takes the best links then tells you about them." http://freewarewiki.com/CoolSitesNewsletter

Liar liar pants on fire

I learn from other's mistakes not just my own. Lindsey Lohan doesn't learn from other people's mistakes and apparently not even from her own. She will be spending some alone time in jail contemplating her mistakes and whether she learns from them is anyone's guess.

When I heard the news I told Dee that she will immediately go back into rehab, for the third time, to show the court that she is trying to solve her "problem". And she did go back into rehab after her mommy and her lawyers told her to.

Hopefully this is the beginning of equal sentencing in celeb town instead of giving them extra chances like they have been getting for decades.

Prediction

Phil Spector will be found not guilty and will join OJ, Robert Blake and Michael Jackson in the American Pariah Club. Congratulations Phil. Nobody will have anything to do with you from now on except the people who will sue you in civil court where you will be found guilty and lose all of your money.

Recommendation

I have every receipt I have ever paid for service or parts for my 84 Corolla. This week it failed inspection for a hole in the muffler. I had the muffler replaced in 93 by Mizer Muffler and had a lifetime warranty. In 97 it was replaced under warranty. Last year I noticed that Big Al's Mufflers and Brakes had bought out Mizer Muffler. I took the receipt to Big Al's and they honored the warranty with a smile and professionally replaced the muffler in under 3 hours and for less than $28. I will recommend Big Al's to everyone and be a loyal customer.
