Samuel Wurzelbacher, aka "Joe the Plumber," at a McCain rally in Columbus, Ohio, was asked by a Jewish McCain supporter -- identified by the Associated Press as Stan Chapman -- whether he agreed that "a vote for Obama is a vote for the death of Israel."

Wurzelbacher replied, "I'll go ahead and agree with you on that."

Wow. The scary part is that McCain and Palin is parading this guy all over the place.

Mr McCain & Mrs Palin are scary enough, thank you, they don't need any help …

Have you heard about?...

JTP has talked about writing a book re: his 15 minutes of fame
JPT has mentioned running for office in Ohio.
Somebody is talking to JTP about a record deal. Apparently he can sing too.
JTP has now hired a publicist.

Makes one begin to wonder who is using who (or is that whom?). Very Happy

I can't say I blame him. He knows that after this election, he's history. Why not sqeeze every second of fame and possibly money from it?

Hey, since the state officials are illegally investigating him, why not try to get some benefit out of all this? I but Obama wishes he'd picked a different street to walk down.

I wonder how much the McCain/Palin campaign pays him to turn up to their events...?

I felt sorry for John McCain when he called out for the no-show Joe.

Wink

Yeah, since he lied about his financial situation, why not get some fame out of it.

Are you kidding?! JTP has been great for the Obama campaign. He's just one more example of the ineptness of McCain's campaign and their inability to find and stay on message.

When McCain kept calling Joe the plumber and he wasn't there, all I could thing of was that "Mr. Puddles ..... has anybody seen Mr Puddles? .... I've got Snauges" thing.

That's funny.

JTP, or rather, Obama's socialist answer, is why McCain has come back in the polls. Nice try, though!

With Palin saying things like "if Obama is elected it will lead to government taking your private property and giving it to someone else" when she has done exactly the same thing in Alaska by taking money from private oil companies and giving it to the citizens of Alaska and McCain saying that Joe the plumber is his role model, they don't know which direction they're even going. How's that for a run-on sentence.

They are exploiting this poor guy for their own political puropses. McCain says he's goig to "Take Joe to Washington". Really? Do you think he's going to do that? Is he now going to be a McCain advisor? Or, is this going to be like his "I'll capture Bin Laden" but only if I get elected. Otherwise, you're on you own. He's still a Senator. he can still take Joe to Washington. He won't though because he's just using the poor guy.
