I love scrambled eggs and sausage, but it gets old after a while.
I recently discovered this unique way to jazz them up for a new taste.
In a two quart sauce pan, break up about a 1/4 lb of your favorite bulk sausage.
As it's browning, add a handful of sliced fresh mushrooms.
Then add about two tablespoons of diced pimentos.
Stir all the ingredients together to finish cooking.
Finally break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and whip them together and then add to the meat in the pan. Keep stirring till completely cooked and serve.
Add a couple of slices of buttered toast and you've got a real tasty breakfast.
