like http://www.lockergnome.com/ has in right corner, could someone please give me the script for that kind of floating image.

I got one while searching the internet but that isn't working with IE

please could someone give me that script??

I don't think you really need a script to do that. Just check out CSS Absolute Positioning for one and you might have some good fortune.
