Does anyone have an idea as to how I traverse the logs that come out of ISA and get reports on individual users. The reporting provided by Microsoft through ISA Manager doesn't seem to support anything from the user level.

I need to get information on a specific user.

Though I can't answer you directly, you may want to look at the site Tom Shinder has running that deals strictly with ISA.

Lots of info, tutorials, and Forums similar to these where you might get a faster response. Hope that helps.
