what i'm needing is a software program that keeps track of the amount of food ate in a day the type of food ate in a day the salt sugar and carb amounts in each food, ate. and total it up for the day.
and keeps track of your daily weight and gives you a weekly total for it, and keeps track of bloodpressure and blood sugar, and allows me to add new food's or recipes when i find or make them.
would prefere a freeware program if any is known? i can't seem to find one.
or if possible can some one tell me how to turn my open office spreadsheet in to a program exe, i have all the above being done in the spread sheet but its getting rather large.
