The staff of Lockergnome forums would like to thank all the members for another year of activity and contributions.
While the entire Lockergnome enterprise has been growing and evolving, the forum has continued to be a stable source of advice and commentary to the Internet community.
Our membership increases daily as do the number of your posts. The expertise of many of the members never ceases to amaze me. It would be unfair to far too many if I were to try and name all those who have been extremely helpful to those who they've never met and for free. You could most likely find their names within the top 50 in the most frequent posters list.
I will name one member in particular who I see in so many threads, offering sound advice and providing links with nearly every post. The kind of member who adds value to a forum like ours just by being active and sharing a wealth of information on a number of topics. Someone I've never heard a negative comment about, ever, from anyone.
I'd like to thank Rons for having joined Lockergnome and supporting it so well with his contributions. When I grow up, I want to be just like Rons.
I'm going to leave this thread open so you can add your own best wishes to other gnomies, either en mass or individually.
Here's to a great 2006. |

Let us also not forget our fore-fathers before us, who have ventured out to different pastures.
Two come to mind instantly:
GSTERRY and HORSECHARLES!
You notice the way I sneaked out of having to name any current contributors??
That is because it is a tough call; without unintentionally offending those that I may forget to include in my list.
But if I had to choose a Ying/Yang Gnomie pair, it would have to be the combination of:
*goretsky ===>> The ever accurate, precise, but the cordial one, and
*usasma ===>> The ever helping, personable and the witty one!
:whistling:
Best Wishes for a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy 2006 to one and all at GnomieLand! |

Happy New Year, Gnomies all.
In particular the "regulars" present and past, with thanks for the advice and knowledge they've contributed.
(Oh and a special mention for Jeber, without whom LG just wouldn't be what it is ) |

Thanks, Charred
It feels good to be back, especially in glancing through a few topics: "Oh, I've done that...try this solution."
And, wow, have the forums grown in size and number
Thanks again for the welcome - reminds me of the camaraderie that pervaded these boards "back in the day." <g> |
