Google Hijack problems please help

Hi,

I've been having a problems for about a month now and it all started when a fake virus removal program got onto my computer. I have managed to remove that and most of the problem it has caused. But i'm still having a problem with varius programs including internet explorer, sometimes it opens and closes straight away most of the time i'm forced to use firefox or chrome. certain programs that i run from startup just crash like my ATI catalyst control centre.

I've added ad-aware and it keeps promting me to restart to finish install of ad-aware live. I can't run malware bytez and i've tried a reinstall and it just doesn't run. doesn't even allow me to install. I've run multiple antivirus scans(Bitdefender) and ad-aware scan(the only one that will work)(in safe mode aswell). With Ad-aware it picks up a load of cookies and always a Win32TroganAgent C:\windows\systm32\.\Cjfvxdoyrneoctul.sys and i remove it. Then asks me to restart and its back again.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ldooxq.dll
C:\WINDOWS\ieocx.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wazugige.dll

Go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.

Try running Malwarebytes' now. Check for any updates and then perform full system scan.
