[GoDaddy] Cannot Access My Account

Well, I changed my password a few weeks ago and have been able to login since until last week. I can't log in and whenever it says reset your password, it is getting sent to someone with the email ********@hotmail.com. I don't have or any of my family have an email address that matches that criteria.

I have emailed the support but they haven't done anything about it. I am ashamed to say that I have actually bought a domain with them. Do you think anyone can help or is there anything I can do to regain the access to my account?

I have dozens of domains with GoDaddy and I've also had trouble on occasion with logging in. Password resets and all that just didn't seem to do the trick.

In my opinion, GoDaddy has some of the best phone support out there. I'd suggest calling in and seeing if they can help you out that way.
