This "cap and tax" blll, passed with such urgency is another example of the liberals ramming legislation through without having read or even printed the final bill. They know their chicanery can not stand any examination, but they force the spending and taxing anyway. This is an insult to every American voter that is educated enough to read.

Of course, the inner city and liberal elites think it's great.
