Generating a Word Document form html forms

I wish to get a form that I have made on my webpage to display all of the completed fields into a word .doc file that the user filling in the form can then save as well as saving a copy on the server that i can access myself. The problem being i dont have much knoledge of advanced net programming and am not sure if its even possible.

Any suggestions you can provide or if possible, a script would be much appreciated.
