Not free, but only $1.00/Mo.

webhostess.us

I've been with them coming up on a year now, and have not had any major complaints.

Maybe someone will know of a free host though.

illusionfx.net I believe does, but their free hosting applications are being fixed, and the only other I know is temporarily unavailable which is blextech.com

I don't mean to be a downer, but all of the free and dirt cheap hosts I've seen aren't worth the trouble. Chances are you won't be able to do too much of use.

Try www.tripod.co.uk. It is free as long as you have a certain number of hits on you site.

I have used www.1l.com for sevreal months now and like it pretty good. They allow you to use your own domain name. As for free ASP hosting, try www.1asphost.com.
