I bought a new computer today with Windows XP Home Edition.
I used to be able to send pics using window messenger to my daughter. But since I've been using XP I can't. Not sure how to fix this, any help out there?

You might have to upgrade the Windows Messenger or look in the settings to see if "sending files" options are turned on or not.

Hello,

Were you originally using Microsoft Windows Messenger or Microsoft MSN Messenger to communicate with your daughter?

You should be able to download the latest version of MSN Messenger directly from Microsoft's MSN Messenger web site here.

If it's not already the case, you should upgrade to MSN Messenger 6.2 or higher, but pull-eeze avoid the latest beta version, which is far from perfect... In the main window of your MSN Messenger, click Actions, or the tab at the right of Options (I have a French version, so translation may be loose...), then "Send a Picture"; you are then directed to My Documents (yours, I mean...), you select the pix you want to send (in case there are several, keep the Ctrl key down while highlighting the ones you want to send), then "OK"... For your pix to be actually transmitted, the recipient has to be "online" and available... Newest version will let you opt for sending via email in case of absence of the recipient.
That's it, in a nutshell...

Addendum/erratum/mea-culpa!!!

I meant the tab at the LEFT of Options, not the tab at the right... If I don't know my left from my right, how can I vote...?!
