I have created a simple RSS feed and I am wondering what feed readers trigger on inorder to show updated content.

Will any change within the tag trigger a feed reader to show updated content? Or is a change required within any, or all of the ; ; and tags?

Thank you for you any input. This is pretty much new to me.
