Help!

Hi,
I really do not know that much about Excel, but can somebody maybe help me? I'm looking to create a spreadsheet to be used by lots of people. Cells they can alter should only have values allowed which are divisible by 25, can I restrict input to this somehow? I know I could do drop-down lists, but would like to avoid this one...
