How do I resolve this error: "An error has occurred in the script on this page line: 1174 char: 1 error: unspecified error code: 0 url res://c:\winnt\system32\schdock.dll/preview.dlg"

It happens when one of my users try to print from one of our web based programs.

Is the user's default printer set to the correct one?

Hello,

What operating system and web browser is in use on the user's workstation? is the user's profile stored in the default location, or redirected to another local disk volume or network share?

Regards,

The issue was printer selection. She was supposed to print to a local label printer but was printing to a network document printer.
I know to look small first, but I assumed she was well versed in switching printer options. Embarassed

We all have momentary lapses!
A funny but true story...my husband was trying to print out a page on a website. He kept pressing print and nothing was happening. He called me to have a look and I couldn't figure it out either. His computer is in the basement connected wirelessly to our router. Eventually I said I'll just go upstairs to my computer and print it from there. Well, I came up and my networked printer had 3 copies of the website! Neither of us looked at the printer default and he was printing wirelessly to mine instead of the printer hooked directly to his computer. Very Happy
I had even forgotten that I had my printer installed as an option on his computer.
