Using Outlook 2007 w/ Windows 7.

I have manually created five distribution lists from scratch for company public use. When I click on any contact in that distribution list, I get an error message that states Outlook "could not find Contact "[contact name and email address]". It may have been deleted or moved from its original location. Would you like to remove it from this list?" Obviously the answer is no. When I choose no, the contact is still there, but descriptive information ex. business title, is gone.

This only occurs on other user accounts. I cannot recreate the error on my own Outlook.

Can you tell me what might cause this problem and how I can fix it?

Updating did NOT work. Tried that one already.

Thanks,

Amanda

Amanda,
You're posting in the wrong forum.

Your post has nothing to do with 'Tech News' and should be in "Problem Solvers".

Cool
