You may get more replies if you include the model of scanner you are using this with. Also, what version of windows is this being used with?
Also have you looked to see if there is a newer driver? Sometimes the drivers on the included CD are not the newest.

As with any problem with an Epson product, I would call their Customer Service line.

Here is the online support for your scanner
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?cookies=no&am...id=1458
select your version of windows so you do not install the wrong driver.

If you aren't sure what version of driver you are using, open device manager (right click My Computer, select properties then hardware). Right click on the scanner (have it turned on and attached to your computer; it might be listed under USB devices - not sure). There should be a driver tab. Click on that and it will show the date of the driver and the version. If the one on the site is newer, download it and install.

Unfortunately, I'm getting nothing when I search for EU33 so I can't point you to any help page for the film adapter.

If you scroll to the bottom of this page
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_SessionID=...@023740
and expand Solve a problem, you might find a solution.
This page
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_SessionID=...@023740
gives phone and email information.

Does it look like this?
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/ProductQuickSpec.jsp?BV_SessionID=@...0237402

I'm not sure these would scan glass slides.
I think your best bet is to email Epson and ask if the slide/film adapter works with glass slides.
I think it only works with film-type slides.
