http://www.freewarefiles.com/review_9_95_21694.html shows that CMdiskcleaner is malware and CilyPudi knows it for a fact. I installed the program and ran the VirusScan portion. The program connects to an online scan site that my AntiVir immediately detected a virus. I quickly closed and uninstalled the program.

I posted this after I read the above reviews and found others had experienced the same thing. I first thought I might be mistaken that an antivirus program would connect me to an infected site, but guess not. I didn't get the name of the site the program connects to, didn't stick around. CMdiskcleaner is bonafide 100% garbage malware!

The freeware version that is hosted on Decent Downloads is malware free. Decent Downloads cannot be held responsible for software hosted on mirror links. We have never linked to the latest version containing malware.
