I signed up for the conference on June 23. Sadly, I now may have to cancel out. Is there any provision for a refund? Bill Ames

If my memory is correct. I think it is stated during registration that conference tickets are not refundable. But they are transferable. You can confirm this by sending an email to the address listed in your confirmation. I'm sure it's also mentioned on the official website. So if you can find someone to buy your ticket - your in luck - it can be transferred to them.
