You do have a lot of startup programs running. I recommend disabling a bunch that are not really required. To do so, go to Start->Run and type in msconfig and hit OK. Then click on the Startup tab and uncheck those programs you don't need to be running at startup. Those that are required include antivirus, firewall and antispyware programs. Usually everything else can be pretty much be disabled.
