For a tasty quick breakfast to set you up 'til lunchtime, a banana pitta can't be beaten
Under a medium - hot grill, toast 1 pitta bread until it puffs apart. (As used in Doner Kebabs or 'Gyros' in the US)
Depending on size, slice 1-2 bananas into 'coins', enough to fill the pitta bread.
When toasted, slice 1 long edge off the bread and tuck it inside the bread purse, then fill with the banana slices.
For an extra treat, a spoon of honey dribbled over the top is good.
Eat.
