| Spent an hour downloading microsoft .net software and BlogExpress. Blog Express is, indeed, easy to use and read -- as long as it doesn't encounter special characters. French accents, for instance. Too bad.

| I contacted the folks at BlogExpress and they tell me that the next release will support international characters.

Release 1.02b of BlogExpress is out and it handles French accents now. The guys at BlogExpress have been friendly and helpful, too. |
