| Spent an hour downloading microsoft .net software and BlogExpress. Blog Express is, indeed, easy to use and read -- as long as it doesn't encounter special characters. French accents, for instance. Too bad.

| I contacted the folks at BlogExpress and they tell me that the next release will support international characters.

| Release 1.02b of BlogExpress is out and it handles French accents now. The guys at BlogExpress have been friendly and helpful, too. |
