I'm looking to possibly put in a couple of road rides in the morning before the start of the conference each day. Not being familiar with the greater Des Moines metro area, is there any good places to ride... A 20 to 25 mile loop with some climbs would be sweet. If you can help.... Please post it here....

Here are some good places to start, but Des Moines has tons of Bike Trails and there is Gray's Lake right down the street.
