It's a pity that David go out from Europian Football. I'll be miss his superb freekicks & long passes.

Crying or Very sad

I just want something to add

It's not the right decision for him to come to the US coz he still has a lot to offer in Europe. But going to the US isn't bad either. He already have his football academy, a career for his wife, his hollywood friends (and not to mention a multy million dollars contract!!), etc. and with him coming, I think soccer in USA will have more attraction coz ppl will want to watch him play, putting in crosses, distributing his pin point passes. Cool

I don't think he has much time for European (more specifically English) soccer after he was unceremoniously dumped from the England squad after the World Cup. He was basically told that he didn't have anything to offer British football, so like many sports people nearing the end of their careers he's gone for the big money. I certainly can't fault him for that - he doesn't owe European football anything.

Maybe he's hoping to make it into the next US World Cup squad Laughing .

And I know his missus didn't enjoy having to speak Spanish. I'm sure she will enjoy the LA lifestyle.
