Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, said in an interview Friday on 365gay.com that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is a “homophobe.”

“At some point, [the Defense of Marriage Act] is going to have to go to the United States Supreme Court,” Frank said. “I wouldn’t want it to go to the United States Supreme Court now because that homophobe Antonin Scalia has too many votes on this current court.”

Barney Frank is an a**.

Yes he is an ass.
At one point Mr. Liddy noted to Frank that the Dem congress had created such a hatred of AIG and its well-paid executives that some AIG people were now getting threats that their children would be killed and the employees would be hung by piano wire.

Mr. Frank, who is himself stupendously guilty in creating the current bank/financial uproar, responded, basically, 'tough.'

One can hope his constituents will be offended at his callousness and incompetence enough to remove him come next election.
