| I think I made a thread about this a little back, but I lost it...
Ok, so I need some software that will take all my partitions from one 80 gig drive... windows, boot loader, everything, and transfer it to another 80 gig drive... I want it to get everything... anyone got any ideas?
Has nyone ever use NIT Backup NOW!?

| For identical drives and just basic copying (which sounds like what you're asking for) I've had great results with Ghost from Symantec. If you've ever owned a copy of Norton SystemWorks in the past 5 years you should have a copy of it.
For more complex stuff, and actually faster results, I like DriveImage from PowerQuest. Much more feature rich and definitely worth the $40 I think it costs.

Hello,
Have you visited the manufacturer's technical support web site for your new hard disk drive to see if they provide such a utilty free-of-charge? If not, you should be able to use a program like Acronis' MigrateEasy, Paragon's Drive Backup, PowerQuest's DriveCopy or Symantec's Ghost to clone the hard disk drive's contents.
