Animated GIFS not animating

I have Photoshop Elements installed on my computer and I have just discovered how to make an animated GIF. Problem is, they all animate on Preview mode but some don't animate when posted to a website, my blog for instance.

What could I be doing wrong?

I have Adobe Photoshop CS4, but I will try to help you:

When you have made the animation, and you are saving it don't do the original way "Save as.." ".gif", DO THIS:

File -> Save for web & devices -> Save.

When you have practised that you may change options at "Save for web & devices" menu thingy ^^

I hope this helped, I have really no idea about element, but this is how it works on APCS4 Razz
