| Hi, I registered for the conference in Des Moines. My VISA card was debited. I have not received any confirmation numbers or other items needed for admissions. I can't find a phone number to call Lori. I did e-mail her but haven't heard back. What to do?

| You're fine. When you go to the registration on Thursday night just pick up your Name-Tag (im pretty sure we're doing that again).

Sam is correct. When you show up for the registration all needed items will be ready and waiting for you. See you there!

Just to clarify - we can register Friday morning as well, correct? I may not be getting in until late Thursday night.

You can register Friday morning but I would make sure you are pre-registered first as the price will be a little higher at the door, plus the name tags aren't all cool and premade.  |

To respond to the gentleman who did not receive a confirmation e-mail... please get in contact with one of the LG staff as soon as possible. If you write to me personally, I can get the ball rolling for you.
Unfortunately, the information above is incorrect (sorry, Sam!). After registering online, you indeed should have received a confirmation message with extended information. After conferring with Lori and Jennifer about this, it seems that if you did not receive a message, they would not have received your registration information, either, from the CC processing company (they receive a message after everyone registers successfully).

If anyone else has experienced similar problems, please let me know!

| Sorry Gretchen, I thought what he meant was that he did not receive any "admission ticket" via snail mail. Never really thought of purchase confirmation. |

| On the other hand, I registered for one person, and received by e-mail two "customer receipts" and two "registration confirmations". It makes me think I was charged twice for one registration. I sent a message to Lori a few days ago and have not recieved a reply. I just sent her a second message. |
