I found these sites using StumbleUpon.

Open Source Freeware : 400+ free applications and utilities : eConsultant

It contains everything from anti-spyware to Video/TV/DVDs Freeware Utilities.

There are also more than 450 freeware (non-open source) utilities listed at:

Again, it contains everything from Anti-Spyware/Anti-Virus/Anti-Rootkit Freeware Utilities to Windows Explorer Replacements/Shell Extensions Freeware Utilities.

It certainly is worth visiting the two sites if you are looking for a free program to do a certain job for you.
