So I was wonderin if anyone can tell me some good reliable trusty spyware removal programs that my computer could grow old with .... im just looking for some basic effective user friendly spyware programs that are apple compatible i was hoping Ad-Aware SE was but i dont believe it is

I would not worry about spyware on your Mac.
(as far as I know, their isn't any spyware for the mac)

Unless your using bootcamp or software like that. In that case you should use the normal windows software to protect your machine. I would recommend Windows Defender!

Don't know how big or small the spyware problem for Macs is but I did find a product called MacScan that did list some trojans, keyloggers and dialers it claimed to removed. I've never used it so you would have to evaluate it yourself
